1，作業(yè)前先確認(rèn)機(jī)械是否正常。在正式的開(kāi)始工作前，首先要讓機(jī)械試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)二分鐘左右，看刀具上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，電路，氣路等是否順暢，一定確認(rèn)OK后再開(kāi)始工作。

4，加工時(shí)要使PCB板的V槽與直刀刀口對(duì)準(zhǔn)對(duì)齊，這樣分出來(lái)的板毛邊少，刀具的磨損量也少，效率也提高了好多。

5，作業(yè)時(shí)不能將手指或其它物品放在兩直刀中間。由于直刀的鋼材是很鋒利的，因此加工時(shí)手指或是其它雜物注意要與刀片保持一定的距離。
